01. Service Agreement
By choosing Prime Pack and Move Logistic, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this document. All services—including packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, storage, and logistics—will be provided based on the final quotation shared with the customer. Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope may result in extra charges.
02. Booking & Payment
A confirmed booking requires an advance payment as communicated during the quotation. The remaining amount must be settled before delivery or unpacking of goods. We accept payments through approved digital and offline modes. Prices are subject to change based on distance, labor, materials used, and service complexity.
03. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information about goods, access points, fragile items, and special handling requirements. Any prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items must not be included in the shipment. The customer is responsible for securing necessary permissions (e.g., society gate passes, parking approvals).
04. Packing & Handling
Prime Pack and Move Logistic ensures professional packing and handling using appropriate materials. However, the customer should inform us in advance about valuables, delicate items, electronics, or custom furniture that require special care. We are not responsible for items packed by the customer themselves.
05. Transportation & Delivery
All goods are transported following planned routes and timelines. Delivery schedules may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions. While we ensure timely delivery, delays caused by external factors are beyond our control.
06. Insurance & Claims
Insurance is optional and can be arranged upon customer request. In the event of damage or loss, claims will be processed as per the insurance policy terms. Without insurance, Prime Pack and Move Logistic is not liable for damages caused by natural calamities, accidents, or unexpected events.
07. Storage Services
Storage of goods is provided based on agreed duration and charges. Customers must clear dues before retrieving stored items. Prime Pack and Move Logistic is not responsible for damages caused by improper packing of self-packed items or natural factors beyond control.
08. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours before the service date. Advance payments are non-refundable after work preparation begins, including labor allocation and packing material arrangements.
09. Liability Limitations
Prime Pack and Move Logistic is not liable for delays, loss, or damages caused by strikes, accidents, road issues, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond operational control. Liability is limited to the terms of the service agreement and insurance coverage (if opted).
10. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where the service is initiated, unless agreed otherwise.
